The start of Edmonton city police pursuit

How the Edmonton city police pursuit started, from the Fatality inquiry with google maps. The police said they were on 100 ave and 155st [first deceptive statement by police] but said Kinling drove through the parking lot of the IGA grocery store which is on the other side of the block on Stony plain road [which witnesses also stated]...doing this because police in Canada have no accountability. All investigations should be public so families and the public can see the transparency the police talk about. We need a government the protects the public from police violence not Canadian police...be well
